What is the normal delivery time after I place my order?

We are a made-to-order factory. Normally, it will take about 15 - 20 days for sample order, and about 25 - 30 days for bulk order, depending on different order quantity and capacity. Of course, if necessary, we can further shorten the delivery time.

1. What are your terms of trade and payment?

We welcome most regular trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, etc.
Normally, we will insist on at least 30% advance payment to take effect of your order, and the balance of 70% must be settled after you accept the finished product and before delivery. We also welcome irrevocable letters of credit at sight.

2. What kind of shipping methods do you offer?

Since lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 dangerous goods, we strongly recommend that all batteries be shipped by sea.

3.Do Warranty provided, and if yes, for how long?

Yes, usually we offer a three-year warranty for all the battery packs we supply. However, buyers can request a longer warranty period before placing an order. Please consult the "Warranty Terms and Conditions" before placing an order.

4. What are the application areas of your battery packs?

We provide lithium-ion battery packs for many different application areas, such as electric vehicle use (four- and three-wheeled trucks, sweepers, automobiles, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses and monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, etc.), solar energy storage use, electrical equipment use (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, mini excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, lawn mowers, small cranes, dumpsters, boom doors, etc.), outdoor portable power supplies, portable power supplies for construction equipment, Street lamp power pack, marine power pack, camper truck power pack, etc.
As a custom-oriented lithium-ion battery manufacturer, we accept customization for different applications.

5. Can your batteries be used in series?

Most of our batteries cannot be used alone, however, we also offer small 12V battery modules that our customers can use in series or parallel to replace their old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.

6.Does your batteryDo have a thermal management system?

Most of our batteries have a thermal management system controlled by a BMS (Battery Management System). This thermal management system not only prevents battery use when the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.

7.Do Do you offer OEM or ODM?

Yes.

8. How many years will your battery last?

Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can be cycled from 2000 to 5000 cycles. If you cycle your battery at 80% DoD (depth of discharge) every day, then your battery will last for 5 – 10 years.

9. How do I install the battery?

All of our batteries come with free ring terminals that can be used to connect the battery to an inverter, cart or busbar system.

10. Can I leave your battery outside?

No. Our batteries are not marine grade or weatherproof, so leaving them in the sun or rain all day can damage the batteries. (Such damage is not covered by the warranty.)
